Gabriella brings four-plus years of hands-on rescue transport experience alongside a professional background in digital communications and healthcare operations. She founded Paws and Claws Crew after spending more than a year in deep community listening — gathering input from over 50 rescue volunteers, fosters, transporters, and shelter leaders before shaping a single feature. Her approach has always been the same: build from the inside out.

Lindsey has eight years of hands-on rescue experience spanning fostering, transport coordination, and multi-state operations. She led TNR efforts that secured long-term care for over 80 feral cats and coordinated the full rescue of 60 wolf dogs. She is also a community educator, conducting outreach on spay/neuter and humane rescue practices across rural and underserved areas. Lindsey brings both the operational experience and the community relationships that make PACC's work real.

Christina brings over 30 years of animal rescue experience and a record that speaks for itself — she has personally assisted in the rescue of more than 1,000 animals across species including puppy mill survivors, exotic reptiles, horses, and native wildlife. She founded her first animal welfare nonprofit in 1994. A Certified Project Management Professional, Christina also brings deep expertise in information security from careers in banking and medical industries — giving PACC a rare combination of rescue credibility and institutional rigor.

Mike volunteers his expertise in operations, database development, and process optimization to support PACC's platform development. His focus is on building systems that are reliable, scalable, and built to grow — ensuring the infrastructure we build today can support the national network we're working toward.
